Frequently asked questions
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PLAY?
16 years or older. Minors between 12 and 15 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. If an adult accompanies the minors, they will be counted as a player when calculating the session fee.
IS THERE A SENSE OF CLAUSTROPHOBIA DURING THE GAME?
Some parts of our experiences may give a feeling of claustrophobia.
IS THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY HIGH IN THE HORROR EXPERIENCES?
We always try to maintain a balance between the difficulty of the puzzles and challenges, and the nerves and adrenaline caused by the atmosphere and the moments of horror you will experience.
CAN I LEAVE THE GAME IF I FEEL UNWELL AT ANY POINT?
No problem. If at any point during the experience you feel unwell for any reason, the game master will stop the game and show you the way out.
CAN PLAYERS BE ADDED AT THE LAST MINUTE?
Additional players can be added as long as the maximum per room is not exceeded. The difference must be paid at the end of the experience.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE TO MY EXPERIENCE?
The time you arrive late will be deducted from the duration of the experience. The maximum allowed delay is 15 minutes; if exceeded, you will not be able to play and no refund will be given.
CAN WE GO WITH FEWER THAN 2 OR MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE?
The allowed number of players is two to six people. It is not possible to play with fewer than two or more than six.
CAN PREGNANT WOMEN PLAY?
We do not recommend the experiences for pregnant women.
CAN THE RESTROOM BE USED?
You may only use the restroom once the experience has ended. Its use is not allowed before or during the experience.
