Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum age to play?

It depends on the experience and game mode selected. You can find the required age for each experience and game mode on the respective website.

Is there a feeling of claustrophobia during the game?

Some parts of our experiences may cause a feeling of claustrophobia.

Is the difficulty level high in horror experiences?

We always try to balance the difficulty of the puzzles and challenges with the nerves and adrenaline caused by the atmosphere and the moments of terror you will experience.

Can I leave the game if I start feeling unwell?

No problem. If at any point during the experience you feel unwell for any reason, the game master will stop the game and guide you to the exit.

Can players be added at the last minute?

More players can be added as long as the maximum number allowed per room is not exceeded. The price difference will be paid at the end of the experience.

What happens if I arrive late to my experience?

The time you are late will be deducted from the total duration of the experience. The maximum delay allowed is 15 minutes. If you exceed this, you will not be able to play, and no refund will be given.

Can fewer than 2 or more than 7 people participate?

The number of players allowed is between two and six or seven people (depending on the selected experience). It is not possible to play with fewer or more than these numbers.

Can pregnant women play?

We do not recommend these experiences for pregnant women.

Can the restroom be used?

You will only be able to use the restroom after the experience has ended. It will not be available before or during the game.
